My Favorite Crystal...

Just a few of my stones.... My favorite, by far, is... Rainforest Rhyolite.

Rainforest Rhyolite (also called Rainforest Jasper, Australian Rainforest Jasper, or Rainforest Opal) is similar visually to a Jasper with its bright, intense colors and a smooth, shiny polish, but Rhyolite actually has a composition closer to granite, with a much smaller grain size. Rhyolite frequently contains voids and glassy fragments, which is due to rapid cooling.

The unusual patterns in protective Rainforest Rhyolite, is said to be where this stone gets its power to heal. Associated with the Heart Chakra, Rainforest Rhyolite is thought to help people deal with past-life issues, by helping one to see the relationship between karma and what is happening now, making these issues much easier to accept and work though. It will assist one in the laying down of burdens which no longer act to serve in ones life. Using this stone may help with healing old and deep emotional wounds in this lifetime as well.

A balancing stone, Rainforest Rhyolite is recommended for help with issues of self-esteem and emotional strength. It aids in finding your expression in the wake of problems and anxieties. It also helps to stimulate insight into solutions and alternatives.

Rainforest Rhyolite is the perfect piece to carry when facing confrontation. It helps to eliminate procrastination and distractions. This stone is often used as an aid to activate contact with loved ones who have ascended to other planes.

These are beautiful crystals. Your collection is lovely to see. Have you been collecting a long time and have you ever cut stones youself? This is a new area for me to explore, Chris.

What a beautiful stone! I´ve never seen anything like it. Since You have such a big collection it would be interesting to see some of the other stones You have and to learn what use we can have from them.
Have a great day now!
Christer.
